So after dealing with this-_- company all weekend trying to get verified, I am now plagued with this error when trying to add WP points.
Failed AVS Check: 10554-This transaction cannot be processed.
I've seen this before with other things, and it then referred to errors with billing address. But I know that isnt the issue here. Everything is correct. Paying with CC, the money is taken out of my account, and a few minutes later due to error, its placed back in. All of the information I'm putting in is accurate. So has anyone else dealt with this? Thanks

Its a filter decline response from Paypal API, you'll have to email support about it. Choose Billing & Support and be as detailed as possible, but certainly don't give out any private information.

The transaction was declined because of a merchant risk filter for AVS. Specifically, the merchant has set to decline transaction when the AVS returned a no match (AVS = N).

Why does this error pop up, even I'm trying to pay with a CC though? I'm not trying to use paypal at all... or is it something on their end?

Oh if its not paypal then I don't know, like I said you need to contact support and go thru that process.

Contact billing and have them tell you why the card is being denied. You might also have to contact your bank.
