You can, but it's not like you can use them effectively anyways. I can't even remember if there are even any Axe-type weapons for a Chaser to equip.

The only axe a chaser can equip is a windhawk. Dunno why you'd want the axe skills though.

What good is copying an axe skill, if you can't equip an axe to use them with?
It's like copying sonic blow when you can't use katars ;-)
