With good crit, grab yourself a very cheap inverse scale (holy)or get a friend or buy from venders some fire elemental converters and go level a bit on dark priests, till you get to high 90s then grab some ice/water elemental converters and hit magmarings with your sidewinder jamadhar.
The advantage of a sidewinder katar is that you dont need to rely on a chick/snake hat to do double attacks on katars, which has higher ASPD than due-welding anything.

Why are you trying to MA as a Crit build SinX/GX in the first place? You're never gonna hit the monsters efficiently with MA with that kind of Dex. Minimum Dex for monsters levels 95 and above should always be 60 base Dex. 70 base Dex allows you to hit most of the time.
I did it back when my 150 gx was still a 90 something SinX using your typical RT crit build (90str, 90 agi, 30luk with some points going into dex after I hit 90). MA will miss 40% of the time which is why you spam MA and backslide if you're getting into trouble. It's entirely doable just doesn't have 100% efficiency. Bring a phen accessory or use an orleans gown and fwings just in case you backslide into a wall and can't get out. The idea is not to take on HUGE mobs but rather smaller mobs of 3-5(whatever you can handle). If my Meteor Assault failed 90% of the time I wouldn't have bothered but being a crit build (leftovers from pre-renewal and too lazy to stat reset). To be honest I never thought it would work, but I got bored one day and was fed up with the ctrl-clicking so I went to test to see if there were any viable methods for crit sins to level aside from whacking things one at a time and when I found MA worked ok most of the time (even when I only had 1 dex).
If I mobbed 5, 3 of them would get hit with MA with a high probability of getting stunned giving me some time to spam another MA to connect with the remainder of the mob. This isn't me pseudo gaming like a lot of folks like to do here on the forums, it's actual gaming experience. I know it works but does work quite a lot better once you get higher dex, it just doesn't make any sense on a crit build (renewal made a lot of things that would be near impossible to do pre-renewal doable now).

Plus, the +10 Hit from each RT requires you to have at least 90 base Str. Looking at their starting build, they won't be getting that +20 Hit bonus from x2 RT's for a while. If he wants to get 90 base Str and Agi, he'd have to reduce almost all of their Luck in that build. That means less Crit, which means they're not a Crit build at all if they are indeed using the "poor-man's Crit set."

Well you're a crazy guy. What can I say? Doesn't work for everyone though.
Someone's gotta be crazy enough to try something different. Actually can work for everyone if they learn how, it's just not very straight forward.
