Is it worth to make a lau bourg for PVP purposes?

Should i focus on AP or Def?

Can a Battle Lau Bourg take on 1v1 (any class) in a decent match?

Hardened diamond7 or Balanced moonstone7?

Bourgs are a war class, not a pvp class.

On a 1on1 situations with class buffs, how do lau bourgs manage?

vs mage. vs champ. vs scout/raider

They do ok, deal large damage if you're full d7'd. There is alot more to it for wars and such, as you will need different buff sets to compete effectively. As for PVP, we have alot of self buffs, but unfortunaly the Champ's, with just 1 self buff, can beat us up pretty good. Atleast the top Champs do. I think you have a great chance vs every other class once you're using it properly.

Champs actually have a self AP buff and a 4 second reusable 100% dash that requires a lot of MP.

I know, Like i said 1 buff. Speed doesnt do much, but can help vs a bourg if you want to use up MP off the top.

I think Jagz meant with only the AP buff they still give bourgs trouble 1v1.

i say flame stun burst
but mastered triple shot is gr8 too considering its damn HIGH AP and cooldown its totally spammable

no, you rely more on skills since you have high attack power.

Pure ap isn't everything, you still want some hp and mspeed in wars too.

well a precious buff set gets about 1250ms just after buffing
and reinforced 10/40 in some gear shud do the trick i guess

buy LAUNCHERS NEED ONLY AP.......i mean that its the most important stat and that attack speed or critical are unnecessary.....
i was just referring to the offensive part
in protecting urself u surely need HP and Movespeed

MSPEED - its all about the mspeed when you gota run - you should be able to run; many champs are unable to outrun my bourg;


AP is very important; but like it was mentioned prior; launcher bourg is for war(or farming)-
In a UW your going to want to let your party run in- your gonna wanna hold back and for your first attack just AOE stun the huge mob - like everyone else said; hardened with d7 +10 - +15 is necessary; getting a perfect dura launcher helps a whole lot too....


My bourg is still farmer build - but I am considering making it war build as they are so fun to use in UW because you could be so far back from the mob of people and still help out a whole lot (I'm still making a champ for wars tho; along with being able to farm union points lol)


If you want to go for PVP build only and not war - You will want to go gun build, with either aspeed/crit (manny wont agree on that) or pretty much full AP. I've never made a gun bourg - but from what I've seen thats about it right there...

Who ever tells you Launcher Bourgs needs only AP and D7's you should NOT listen to them.
