Hey !

I have a problem with registrering my Requiem account through WarpPortal.
Have tried reg since WP came out.I even missed the 200 free points for reg as announced couse of it.

"You have provided incorrect information or it already belongs to another WarpPortal account."

May it be that since I provided Gravity with my new e-mail adr ca a year ago,that this dont work?
I mean, can the problem be that Gravity havent changed all info needed for a smooth email change?

This makes me not able to buy premium and points,
and rly would appreatiate intructions on how i solve it :blink:

You can try to do what I did

If you had access to your old email, just register the old one, on addind new account check if its offered as a option for bonding, if it is...

Don't bond, Log out, go to your new account and register... I was having trouble with four accounts which I couldn't remember which email was the correct one, and decided to register two extra warpportal accounts, the second email I thought have only one, had 5 in total (two were tests account I made once, when I wasn't able to pay my sub two different times for a week)

Thx for the reply & sry the late answer.

Im in contact with support now,and they are trying to solve it for me.
I did try what you suggested,but non of my other mailadr was compatible with the account either.
Support tipped me also to try write the mailadr with all "low caps",had worked for some ppl with same prob,but that one failed for me too.

I just have to put the grinding aside forawhile now and await a fix :blink:
