The date you were banned until suggests you were banned for botting. You can reclaim your account upon sending in a ticket, however you must agree to a full item/zeny wipe. Good luck.

second i have 10 3 class

and for bot ppl is ban forever

i think warportal make a mistake

You either
1. Botted and got caught
2. Bought WP yourself, or from someone else and chargeback happened
3. got caught RMTing

If you claim that you didn't do anything mentioned above, send in a ticket.
