They sent out "+7 Certificate Pack" Coupons, which contains one of the three certificates, along with the newsletter to each e-mails subscribed, if you haven't noticed yet.

I ran into this problem, too. Turns out I was inputting the code in the wrong area. There's the "Warp Portal" code redeemer, and the "Ragnarok Online" code redeemer. You're using the wrong one, so go find the other (I forgot which is the right one).

Thank you so much, I didn't even realize there were two coupon ones. Now mine works! It's the Ragnarok one, so you have to click on your account and enter it there.

login to your warpportal account, then on My accounts page, Edit the Warpportal Account, then click yes on newsletter.

You have to apply the code as a ragnarok coupon, not as a warp portal coupon. Choose one of your accounts where to add the code, select to 'power up' that account, and then the ragnarok coupons tab
