We're the only RO with players that look for those types of exploits and then abuse them, as we are with generally all ill-behaved activity, so it's not that high up on kRO's list of things to do.

Na, the iRO community is not the only one that is able of finding and exploiting bugs like this.
The other servers just don't care so much about it or try to keep it silence...
(euRO had several "crisis" like this and from what I hear, fRO isn't better.)

I'm sure they do just nobody bothered to exploit it, and my guess is because if you get banned over there, your SSN gets banned meaning making a new account is next to impossible unless you steal someone else's.

Won't happen for iRO though.
First - nearly EVERYTHING online in Korea goes about the KSSN - Korean Social Insurance Number (or something like that... XD) so it's nothing really special.
Second - iRO is an international server - and they simply CAN'T check any kind of id numbers from different countries...

I also wouldn't like this ;o
I like some kind of privacy in the internet...
