Every time i try to make a new character. I fill out the name box, but still it says that. Please enter your name. I've tried every random button mash, but nothing works. And my names are under 10 symbols.

Did you try logging out of your account and then trying again?

What symbols are being used? Most symbols aren't permitted.

Im using normal latin letters, name was supposed to be Arkhadius. I Don't know what is wrong with it. Now there are new problems. I tried to reinstall the game and now it stopped patching at around 35% and says that patch completed, but still it won't let me in to the game.

It sounds like something interrupted the patching process and you'll need to re-patch. Delete the "patch.id" file from your Dragon Saga folder and load up the patcher. It should automatically re-patch your client (it takes some time, though, so be patient).
EDIT: Also, I could be wrong, but the game may produce that message you described above when you try to use a name that has already been taken.

I tried many names, but still it said the same thing. Annoying little bugger.

Try running the patcher again and selecting "Repair". It appears to be more of a client issue than one of your patched files. After you repair, delete "patch.id" and re-patch to be on the safe side. The name is available if it is spelt correctly.
