Evil Marching Hat for RG?

Evil Marching Hat How do you find this hat? I need opinion about it for my RG. Currently I'm using a +7 RWH but I don't know does it worth to change into a +9 Evil Marching Hat. Any advice are much appreciated

To get the evil marching hat you first need to make a +9 drooping morroc hat thingy they just added by November 1st. When you make a +9 they give you evil marching hat and holy marching hat.

Ohhh that's what you ment. Hmmm I say I would rather have a +9 RWH instead. I rather have more SP to spam skills then have a so so damage output.
