Candle Ghost set had nothing to do with the halloween event. It was a completely different thing all together.
Candle ghost set came from obtaining monster tokens/coins, that you traded in for a chance to obtain a piece of a monster set.

Super excited, and cannot wait to get the new costume--LOVE the Belle dress!! Just wish I could see the shoes--I hope they're dainty like the Tea Party & Story Book Costume shoes and not massive like the Fable Costume shoes look on female characters. Tons of new stuff & I LOVE IT!!

So does this mean that the Captain Ruvens tokens that you currently possess are converted to Tele tickets or just the entry in the IM has been changed?

Does this mean for each ruven's token you have 20 tele tickets? Or for every 20 tele tickets you get 1 ruven's token?
Because either one must be wrong as I still have a lot of both of them..

I've got to bump this thread because I believe I am still unclear on the Ruven's Token thing. Maybe I'm just not up to date but, what's the deal with Ruvens Tokens? Raids, no raids, to be converted to teleport ticket, to not??? I have enough of these where I would like to know the intention of the use of these for the future. Right now my understanding is that it allows you to go to lower levels of OT, but does it still have it's other functional uses? I haven't done a Raid in ages, so I thought I might give it a shot tonight. A response from someone who knows or has tested it recently would be appreciated.

which is also odd when the devs stated they would be turning UW mall tickets into reuvens.
