I just made my account today. I tried using the Firefox browser and every time I would input my info and click the create button it would say "The account is blocked. Please inquire an administrator". Now I kept looking through the forums since i couldn't create a topic. I came upon a new topic that said WP registration only works with IE(Internet Explorer). So i tried it and was successful. Now I'm trying to log back in on with either browser and it says its blocked again. I'm going to send in another ticket but would like the forum admins to look into this. As i would like to pay for my account and take advantage of your promotions.

You will need to submit a ticket.

The reasons for the denial has to be sorted out through our support teams. I am unable to help you via the forums.

No offense to you, Loyalty1 but last time i sent a ticket to them I was told to send it to the billing department. That issue was resolved so i shall try it again. @ Calanor: I know where the location on the WP of the submit ticket, I meant which department i should bug.

Well the Lucky box event ends tomorrow and my account still isn't fix. This is a big downer, it seems like tickets aren't answered till around 4-7pm(PST) everyday.
