Hey I really need some help with this. (Sorry for posting this as I cant find any solutions that will be able to help me)
I've been getting this problem since I tried updating for the current patch.
I have done the following:
1. Use GenPatch
2. Restart computer
3. Restart modem/router
4. Reinstall Client using both Rayun's client package and the installer from the website.
5. Allow through firewall and antivirus.


I am running out of option here.

Is there any manual patch that I can download and manually install? As this would make everyone like me who keep on having problems like this.
Zurn? Calanor? Zeppelin? Anybody???

delete the file and run the launcher it should be there, if not let us know ~also moving this to the tech support~

Thanks for the reply Zurn but still nothing happens. I still get the error after deleting the file.

well im more or less just guessing off of what Genesis and Calanor say, maybe one of them can comment on this later today.

my best guess would be to uninstall 100% restart the computer/modem/router then do a fresh install let it patch and go from there if that doesnt work you can try the

settings>advanced>check all

Alright. I might try and do this consecutively. Uninstall, restart comp, restart modem/router. Because I only did uninstall then restart comp and reinstall and restart modem.

I already did the "settings>advanced>check all" and it always stops at that file.

Ok Zurn, I am patching right now but What I'm doing is I'm using a proxy to patch. I will tell you the final details once it reach the latest patch with the proxy.

Well after waiting for the result, it finally went into V. 362 (while proxy is still on). After it is done, I turned off the proxy and restarted my client. It was patching and I got the same error again. So I had enough so I went ingame..Everything seemed fine apart from this. Whenever I go to my Char info button, I cant see the Currency tab (Honor points and Valor and zulie). One more thing is that I cant access the Honor Items NPC. It says "You have not joined this Union"

That's just because you don't have the full 362 patch I'm guessing. Have you tried playing with the proxy on?

i have the same problem here at my GF computer..


sooo any idea from cal?genesis?

they rly looking in this section?

what ever.. need help on this pls
