Ok....the only Jones i know is the historian Jones...but when i talk to him..all he says is I'm strolling around and i have to say something like "are you deaf or something" And I really want to know the very very first step to getting to Orlo...please help out...

Yep Historian Jones is the NPC. Do you have the tablets in your inventory?
