Does anyone know if the slotting advertisement can fail in the process and lose the item that is to be slotted? Any other safer way to add a slot to an item without losing the item in the process of adding slot(s)?
The description on the Slotting Advertisement is kind of confusing. It did not state that NOT ALL ITEMS can be added a slot. Really should be changed to a clearer description.

Yeah not all items can be added a slot.

The Slotting Advertisement CAN fail. It doesn't guarantee you a 100% chance of slotting. However, the equipment will not be broken on failure.
And no, I don't think there's another Safe way to slot an equipment.
