Click Submit a Ticket. Select Ill-mannered Reports and click next, fill out all your information. Be sure to select Ragnarok Online as the game, correct Server, and also select Automated Programs/Botting.

Just a few extra notes on this.
- Don't wait to file the ticket. If you wait too long, the bot may no longer be logged in, and the GM will not be able to verify botting activity.
- Do not post screenshots and any incriminating information on the forums. Botters read the forums too, and they'll bail out if there's any inkling that they might get caught
- If you see the same bot after a week or so, file another ticket. The bot might have gotten away last time.
