The unemployment rate for persons with a bachelors degree is only 4.3%.
Yep. People with Masters degrees are working at McDonalds.

I have 2 friends that have a Ph D in Technological fields and their jobs went over seas to the lowest bidder.
Yep. People with Masters degrees are working at McDonalds.
I know some of the same people, and their student loans are killing them as a result too.

Ok, so I dont keep up with internet trends very much, like I never cared for the whole plz or plox thing. Or some peoples annoying use of abbreviations for everything, even using ones that already have something assigned to them.

Its a spoof of a grass roots movement taking place all around the world. The true origin of it was in Spain I believe and most recently just over a month ago it started at Wall Street in the US. Since then its grown to something like 150 major cities or more now in the US and across every continent.

That's the percentage of people receiving unemployment benefits. It does NOT include:
-People who have never found a job after college, or didn't have one long enough to claim benefits
-People who have chosen not to file for benefits
-People who have been unemployed for so long that said benefits expired
-People flipping burgers or otherwise doing absolutely nothing with that degree
-People getting paid half of what their salary would have been 5 years ago, because the employer knows there's 100 people lined up to take the job if they quit
Add all those together, and it's a hell of a lot more than 4.3%.
Also, for those who think I'm talking about obscure degrees, I went to a technical college. Out of everyone else I know personally that graduated, 2 have jobs actually using their degrees, 2 have something vaguely related at a much lower wage (tech support), and the remainder are either wage slaves, unemployed, or in my case, mostly unemployed and very occasionally landing a short-term contract.
These are programmers, engineers, and architects - not fields that are normally at all difficult to find employment in.

than what most BA/BS holders make in the USA for menial labor work out in Australia.
I'm seriously considering going next year...brain drain, anyone?
NOTE: Why occupy Prontera when Lighthalzen is home to such a sinister corporation?

I understand completely, its because those jobs are being shipped to China & India mostly. Its revolting.
