I'm getting database errors with the mail and I cannot access MyHome. Is this happening to anyone else?



Edit: Apparently, no data is being saved to the database. That means your player location, inventory, level, exp etc. are not being stored. Permissions for MyHome are not being read, either. Please do not attempt to make any progress with your characters in-game at the moment, because your work will be lost once you log out.

Update: At this time is has been assessed, that due to the nature of the issue and the side effects caused by it(Item Duplication) that we will have to perform a rollback of the servers back to as early as: October 30, 2011 at 4:09:09 AM Pacific Time.

whoa I just had something odd happen too

I was in port of winds went to change character but then picked the same character again and somehow I was back at the edge of the world map (where I had been before going to port)

Edit: It's not saving data correctly I noticed it also changed my equipment from what I had before (when I went to change character I had a rose and the soul crafting medal on but when I was reloaded in edge of the world I had my normal face item and medal on

I lost my ins by via mail l0l. It said already sent but i didnt get mail. I got same problem

Yup, no matter what I do, once I relog I get sent back to where I was few hours ago. Losing all progress made between now and then. For testing purposes, I deleted a bunch of stuff from my inventory, relogged and they're all back.

Yep, none of my player data is being saved to the database.

Yeah, I logged in and saw some of my items had been bought in the market. so I logged to check other char, and when i log back in. I lost that money and the items. =(

you shouldn't lose the items :/

unless you didn't have them until after the error happened

Make a support ticket though they will probably have to make a proper rollback to fix this.

i got the combo expert and finished a lot of quests. then when i came back on i was 1 level down and lost my combo expert award

nah, it was only 3 chaotic invisible set pieces I sold for like 20g each. so it wasnt a lot to worry bought. And they weren't back in my market after I logged. So just pointing out that no one should click retrieve on sold items.

I believe in order to get the items back in your market, the buyer must relog. I could be wrong.

Should check your inventory. I bought a broom from my bro. After i changed channel the broom just vanished. But after my bro relog, the broom is in his inventory.

RE: market issues I recommend doing what I did -> close your shop

that way no one should be able to buy anything from you.

I just tested this out with my last bit of IM brought a hair dye -> changed channel (logs out) -> lose item but also do not get IM points back

just letting people know

edit: also the transaction history page for items brought from the item mall is blank like all the data has been wiped from the website.

Hopefully when the database gets back up the transaction will reverse.

Don't remove items from the guild vault- They will disappear, probably until the database is restored. Lost 500gold, lol.

To add, Don't go to Black claw nest. Game gets unhappy about it.

It's ChoasRage. Dude cant even spell his own name right.

Hopefully Warpportal shuts down the server before they repair the database. That way these guys cant keep the items.
But I'm sure they will disappear either way, as the items don't in the database, and there is probably no database transaction history for any of the items.
