We thank everyone for your patience yesterday. We understand that a good deal of game time was lost and we deeply apologize for the issue not being responded to. There were members of the support team on shift, however, they were not able to be contacted. Some new measures will be put in place to make sure that this does not happen again as this has not been the first time. Again, we apologize for the issue and we appreciate everyone's understanding.

In regards to compensation, we will have the following:

• Item Mall items that were purchased during the time that the server trouble occurred will be mailed out today to all users.
• 3x EXP schedule: Monday at 1PM until Tuesday Maintenance, all of Saturday 11/5 and Sunday 11/6.
• All characters that logged in since the IDC server move on 10/26 until 10/30 will receive early this week:
• 3x W-Coin
• 5x Soul Box
• 2x Exp Supply Potion by range - lv.20-50, 51-79. Lv.80 will receive 5x Special Soulcraft Stones.

Emporia Wars:
Rebellion has been placed into the 2 Star and Ascension has been placed into the 1 Star.

Separate Announcement:
For all users, each account that makes a purchase of 100 points or more on Monday 10/31/11, you will-

• Be entered into a raffle for a complete Luminant Bat Costume Set with the color of your choice. (Magenta, Yellow, Neon-Yellow, Green, or Blue)
• Receive a Halloween Surprise Pet Box and 10 Day Mount Food.

I got 3x off of lightnings all morning.

It must just be me then... that's weird. In the beginning I get 3x sometimes and sometimes I get regular, but somewhere in the 30's stage all of the exp gets halved or something... dunno lols. When I use flame towers I get more exp though... but those don't me through as many stages and is slower.
