A friend of mine started a transfer for his blacksmith on valkyrie to be transfered to ymir, its been 4 days now since he processed the transfer and its still not on ymir.
i've transfered twice and it only took around 5 hours each time. he's followed all the restriction and yeah we're starting to get worried. tried sending in a ticket but the support page has been crapping up.

just like abit of clarification on if its normal for it to take this long. and if its not, is there anything we can do to get this fix'd besides support (as its still stuffing up)

It varies widely depending on their backlog. Also note that (at least last I heard) the VAS team only worked mon-thursday.

on the same boat as you. I did my transfer request last friday, Still not transferred. Hope they get me transferred today.
