How do you get the certificates to upgrade? people keep telling me that we can buy it using kafra points but it is not for sale in the eden. People also told me it is in yuno and we have to gamble for it. Which one is right and can someone please give me details about it. much appreciated! thank you before hand

The only way to get upgrade certs is to either buy them with zeny, or buy the Halloween spooky packs. The lowest tier prize is a package of upgrade cert containing one of each. Prior to this, there was a guarantee way to buy these certs, but its gone now.
