What many people don't realize is the amount of work it really takes to produce a 3d item.
Brainstorming.
Sketching
Refining
Layout
Setting up / planning
Basic construction
Refining the mesh
Optimizing it for performance
Uv mapping
Texturing
Lighting
Rendering
Testing
Further refining
Etc
Just to get 1 model & mesh
But as you notice. The first three are be done with pen & paper or a digital sketch pad.

I will assume you are talking to me so now I will thank you.

But as you notice. The first three are be done with pen & paper or a digital sketch pad.

Very nice but dude WTF IS THAT MUSIC AHAHAHAHAHAHWill count for plenty, seeing as a standard technique is to draft your first 3D mesh by using the image as the scene background, and lining up the model to the image.
Here's an example of the technique in a fast forward video.

How can i start?
what skills do you have?
can you draw?
do you know anything about 3d?
which 3d programs you use?
and yes, it would be possible for "ordinary player" to make stuff and contribute to Rose
