Returning player here, how long does it normally takes for you to get your characters transferred? I started the request last friday and still nothing. just wondering.

For me, it takes the GMs 5-6 hours. They are pretty fast.

off topic: i testing the sakray server, but when i enter to pront i got dc, anyone having this problem? becouse my other chars outside pront are working at 100%

Handed in Server transfer about a week ago, nothing happened.

Opened a ticket to ask whats up, long story short "too many tickets atm bla bla".

Srsly, this is too long.

say what! this is disappointing then... I retired from the game 3 years ago and customer service just got even worse... one of the issues they really should work with, not just patches and game updates because this is so not appealing for a returning player.

PM me with your VAS serial numbers and ticket numbers so I can take a look at this. We have had reports of a couple VAS not showing up correctly on our end, so this may be the case. If it is, we can use your case to fix the problem and get you taken care of all at once.

Normally, it takes one business day. Any longer and you should definately submit a ticket.
