Hi i wanted to ask if that was normal i downloaded RO yesterday and been trying to make a RO game account but everytime i click on new game account then ragnarok online it say we are curently updating our system thingy? its been like that for a while and they dont tell anything about an update of the site ont he site so i wanted to ask here..if sum1 could answer me ty

Hey Mangosteen, yeah I also have the same problem, Dloaded RO yesterday and for some reason, cant make the game account. Hopefully someone will answer our question very shortly.

Yeah hopfully. Apparently its not just creating an aco-_- what is getting affected. Also someone has tried to bind an account and it fails due to this also. Its such a pain.. I wanted to play RO straight away and now I cant. I may have to move to a diffrent game due to the suspense of waiting...

Aww man this is beyond a joke. No warning of the servers going down... no information about how long it will be. People waiting anxiously on forums etc for it to come back on. And not 1 MOD has mentioned, replied or even responded to 1 single message about it. How are they suppose to "sell" the game to people when the admin is so poor?

This game is old man, the servers are just there for the fans and they are doing us a huge favour by doing so... Be patient Im sure we will find out whats going on soon ^.^

We're investigating this issue. Apparently, recently a block was put onto registering an RO account from the Middle East, France and Germany, by request of versions of RO operating from those areas. Does this apply to you guys?

Please try registering an account again and let me know when you run into the error.

Hmm, it works for you but for me it still doesnt work. Im from the middle east. Wonder why its doing this. Glad to see someone has confronted the problem. I will try once more now then re-post a reply to let you know. I hope im doing it right, (Account creation > ragnarok account > -error)

HI, it doesn't work when i want to create an account. i am from germany and the error says that i am not allowd to view. would be happy if you can help me too

maybe the european "versions of RO" dont want us to play on iro :> so using a proxy could help- did you try that?

I'm in Germany too, and I tried to play fro, but then I saw the installation is in french...
If the game was in french too, I wouldnt be able to play it. I dont understand french.

If you live in these areas, you will not be able to create iRO game account by normal means.
