So I went on Ragial for a look-about and saw that some cards have a +1 prefix to them.

Again, Google failed to get me the answer on where they drop and what they do. Any help, you guys? Thanks.

P.S. Why are Hydra cards considerably cheap (1.9M) - aren't they a premier WoE item?

If I had to guess, you're seeing some database entries on Ragial that doesn't reflect actual items in game. I used to see things like +15 Apples pop up on there from time to time, and I was told they were just invalid entries (probably used for testing).

Yes, I've seen that kind of thing on ragial before as well. It's not anything that's actually in game and is most likely an error or something.

Most people prefer KVMs nowadays.

Yea, those aren't real items. I'm not sure exactly why they end up on Ragial though.
