there's a lot of new weapons and armor out there and it would be cool if the current slotting and enchanting NPC's were updated with more gear to slot or enchant


maybe use bradium or cardium as a reagent for slotting

for the enchanting how about having 2 options


1. option 1 chance for +1-3 of a stat
2. option 2 +1-3% of a stat like Crit, Matk, Atk, Asp, Cast reduction, etc maybe even have a diff NPC for it
