Such a vicious cycle.
I agree though; the ticket system is a bit effed and sometimes you have to refresh and make the ticket all over again multiple times before it goes through.
Kinda wish they had a chat thing or something.
Like MSN support XD
(not enough manpower/money for that though)

Why is that so? It's like one of the slowest loading webpages I have experienced - and its not just once or twice, it is permanently lagged.
Why give us so much agony when we want to submit a report about something? Customer support functions should be extremely user friendly

The ticket page really takes a humongous time to load.

There was a very rare occasion when my ticket went through in under 5 seconds.

As in like "OMG SHINY MEW" rare.
!!!
But then... takes around 4 days for a response and all they do is say "thanks we're looking into it (NOT)" or they ask for more information, in which case I just close my own ticket.

and then they close the ticket after that. Heim, Oda. Why no time to reply with a simple "banned" or "not enough evidence to ban".
