So can someone tell me whats all this? and why does this guy have 300+ of them?

Some of them are job / quest items, such as the Delivery Box, Megaphone, Payment Statement, Vigorgra, Unknown Test Tube, Newbie Tag and Mother's Letter.

Others I'm not sure about, but a search on irowiki might show some...

The TCG, T-Shirt, and Backpack were old old old old anniversary quests I believe, its been so long ago I forgot so don't take my word for it.

Hmm, I think that quest was broken before to the point that the NPC kept giving you duplicates of it. Silly Gravity and their puns. I wonder why it's named "vigor-gra"

About 90% of those are indeed from an anniversary quest prior to 2006. They were very easy to get. As I recall, all you had to do was step on a "quest cell" and it would give you a specific item each time. So people would step on it over and over to get a ton of them. Lots of people stocked up on "necklace of oblivion" this way as well.

The T-shirt was for an old anni quest that you could get a IRO baseball cap from i believe i still have some on ymir. I still a bunch of old Halloween 03 cards for a pumpkin hat as well and some other really old stuff that isnt used.
