can someone give me a guide on these? which union is the easiest and what do i have to do. i know im suppose to run around and find stuff, but where are they located?

The shining stones quest in junon is what you are looking for I believe. Takes about 3 mins to do with good movement speed and you get 10 union points (15 if you have the item mall passive).
