I downloaded the client day before yesterday, I am still trying to patch it:( It patches up to half or 70% then it crashes(stops working) or some error comes up like failed to get a file or repacking error.I want to try downloading from the wiki site but can anybody help me about manual patching??I am using Windows 7 and I already completed the administrator thing.Please help me its frustrating.It gives error or crashes and restarts again from the start > Please help me guys

I wouldn't worry about manual patching. Just download the whole installer from the wiki.

Does it successfully patch some files, and then fail further on? Or does it never get any file successfully patched?

If it never successfully patches anything, or always fails on the same file, i'm not sure what to say - possible permissions issues maybe?

If it patches some files, but randomly fails on different files each time (of course starting from scratch every time), your options are manually downloading all the files from the patch server, then _copying_ them into the RO folder (not move, copy, because if something goes wrong, the patcher may delete them), or doing something like this:

It stops anywhere no specefic file.Some times the patcher freezes.

try patching from another location. if you are connected via wireless, try plugging the internet directly into your pc and trying again.
