I really like katars on assassin, but it feels as if critical built katar assassins have a lot going for them now. I was wondering if there's other builds for assassins that use katars or can be used with katars just fine? In general, ranging from leveling, MVP, PvP/WoE, etc.

Add a bit of dex and go hybrid

You can use double attack with your katar but it requires a Chick/Snake Hat or a Katar carded with Sidewinder card. This requires more Dex than your usual critical build tho, around 50-60 at least.

I got my dex tagged at 80 and I still miss.

Hybrid requires LUK so you can still crit, so even if you miss, your crit will be another instance that should happen.
