Don't make them bound. I have one toon with lots while others have jack all. Megaphones are by far the best way to start a Raid outside the guild and to have them all on one farming toon is useless.
Also make them destructable and maybe available in AH for 100 for 1K. I would buy if they aren't bound otherwise keep them.
