Hi,

I'm playing Ragnarok again, really enjoying it, but i have 2 questions.

1. The equipment you get in the Tutorial seems overpowered. If i wanna buy armor in the armor shop, almost everything has lower specs then the equipment i get in
the tutorial. I understand that this are beginners items, but still, whats up with that?

2. In the eden group you can register a mission, what can i do with that?

1. I think it's to compensate for the Novice's very low DEF. I wouldn't really consider it overpowered however.

I tried it also, nothing happens, weird.

And with overpowered i mean why sell armor with lower specs, if you can get better armor AND weapons in the tutorial. Just feels weird.

The armor/weapons from the shops is so old and obsolete its not even funny. Eden gear is a way for newbies to get into the game a little easier.

The progression is tutorial gear -> Eden quest gear -> Drop-only gear that you'll buy from players. You may very occasionally find an NPC buyable piece of gear to be briefly useful, but for the most part, yeah, just ignore it.
