why i dont get my free 10 days premium ??

seriously, 1 premium item daily? means there will be at least 1 developer and 1 planner dedicated for this? looks like u guys have a really large team to support all other stuffs (bug fixed, weekly item mall, support, new content and etc)....

To be fair, in the olden days of P2P, we paid, they updated the game. But, if they went too long without updates, and yes, that did happen, then people would drop out and wait - fair enough.

I don't know, maybe they make more money now with the F2P model where many people buy very little IM stuff, and then you have a few nut cases who spend hundred or even thousands (like that one woman admitted her boyfriend had spent $6,000 for example) vs everyone who plays paying $12+ per account per month.

One thing I do know is they have been making the game worse "in my humble opinion" during the past 2+ years than it was in the 3 years prior, even when the game went through long periods of virtually no development, AT LEAST it wasn't getting made worse!


I know the PR folks at Gravity like to say this game is free to play and you can enjoy the game without paying, but I think that is becoming less and less true as time is going by. Why? It is because if you don't pay, the gaming experience is being "thinned" down systematically.

For example, the drops have been screwed around with to the point they are thinned down vs over a year ago, and in high level maps, poo like we used to get in the lowest maps drop. I honestly don't know what they were thinking when they edited the drop tables early this year and put things like leg bones and back bones in high level maps? What, now they are going to fix the drops "hopefully" and then come in like knights on shining armors as hero's? They never should have done that in the first place.

A new example is they are going to remove 2 character slots from new accounts, and possibly older accounts? Here we go again, if you don't pay, they are going to take things away from what we used to have. Who's bright idea was that? Whats next, and why should I worry? What are they going to take away from me next?

I honestly would rather have the game we had 3 years ago after they fixed the crafting and revamped the battle system and go back to an HONEST pay to play model, and none of this ethically dodgy gambling poo in the game. Now theyhave "lucky" this and "lucky" that. "Lucky" is just a sugar coated euphamism for "it's all going to end in tears" for the majority. The only one lucky is the one running the "casino". Looking at things more plainly, it's like calling good evil and evil good.

oups...sorry , missunderstanding LOL ....it means 1 free item in a day to put in premium storage...but I didnt get it too....Im really dissapointed. may be for them 600 WP energy is not too much but they must still give the best service for us. Not Like This

uhmmm drops still suck. After farming for many hours since this premium service has been implemented(WITH DOUBLE DROP MEDAL INCLUDED), I still don't consider farming worth it at all. I have been farming in the best spots, yet the money I make is so low. It's simply not worth it. Maybe for some of the botters out there (There is tons of them), poor people, and straight up lonely people it's worth it.

You guys need fix the drops themselves, instead you chose to find a way to charge people more for your shortcomings.

Same goes with premium storage. Fix it. I'm tired of dragging out items from the premium storage only to result in losing my face. You Cm/GM may say or one of your mods may say "Send a ticket in and you will get a free face change coupon" Well to that I say, I don't want to send in a freaking ticket, your support service is slow and flawed, and I shouldn't have to send in a ticket for this in the first place. I change my face through an NPC, regardless, the effects of premium storage should not inconvenience players in any way. Fixing the premium storage bugs should be on the top of your list of priorities.

I am 1,000% behind you on this. To us veteran, ROSE and Gravity has become more and more hostile as time goes by. Sometime it reaches the point of unbearable, and the result is veteran and free players are slowly flushed out of ROSE systematically. One of our longest, biggest, most famous representative players in ROSE, LadyPsyber, can no longer be found in game in the last few weeks. The biggest worry is she didn't start any quitting sale. Instead, LadyPsyber simply stood up and leave, which could mean that she might leave for good. I know LadyPsyber loved ROSE dearly, yet she left. If that is the case, what is there for us to stay? I have given GRAVITY my words if the game does not improve by the end of December 2011, I will follow Layd's footsteps and leave the game. Unlike some players, I will not start any quitting sale or anything alike. I will simply stand up and leave the game, and I keep my words. I have bought several new games, including Star Craft II from Blizzard. After I am done/bore with those new games, I am going to buy the expansion packet of WoW (since I will end up paying for ROSE anyway. If that is the case, I should pay for something which give me the most for my money), and you --GRAVITY-- won't see me in ROSE anymore.

I fail to understand how the community can be ok with this feature. Drops, exp, and character slots should be standard across the board no matter what, not a feature of yet another greedy money grubbing technique. Common sense should tell them if they simply gave you the free character slots anyway that you guys would spend quite a bit of money buying junky item mall stuff for them. Whats next? Housing that they have to pay rental and property taxes on? Time to bail.

Agreed. Gambling within the game and now Premium.

For me the game started to go "off-road" when they introduced Plutorunes. And they can't even fix the UW to be free from Boosters and Random sign-ups. A game without some "real" end-game in my eyes, still I try to keep my hopes up.

The same system works fine in Ragnarok, so why not have it in Rose too?

Is it a copy of Rose? Otherwise I would claim it's a different game

It's December 11 today. It's not my intention to seem harsh but I have a few question marks to enlist.

If I'm enjoying the PvP aspect of the game as I'm max level and got the best gears at present, could Premium Accounts be beneficial to my playing style?

Not only will you be able to boost your ROSE game account you will gain other benefits with a Premium account.

This part I do not fully grasp. I'm not only able to boost my account up to Premium Account, I can gain other benefits from Premium account as well? Please clearify.

This is all clear to me, standard things for premium.

You reduced the regular limit to 3, this makes one wonder what other things you will simple grab and twist it into a Premium option.
Other then that it wasn't working for a long time after Premium was accesible for buying.

Where are these quests to be seen? I have searched but found nothing so far.

What is the extra content about? Is it extra maps, Instances, new classes, new equipments or what? I haven't seen any of it to be honest.

But these are things you are charging us for at this very moment.. Shouldn't you state some more specifics on where we can find these extra things? I wanna know where I can do Premium Quests and take part in Premium Content that is stated here, clearly stated. And it's December 11 today, you stated this November 22. I still stray in Rose without finding anything, I'm getting frustrated. Am I right to be frustrated?

The Characters would always remain fully functional, it is the creation of the character that is limited by the account status.

"fully functional" does not seem to be true...
I created some new chars on my accounts just for fun and tried one of them out today.
I got the "hit-3-Mini-Jelly-Beans"-quest from Gray but i do not recieve the Quest-Proofs for that. Which means i can not go on to bert to get the Spear-Quest and got on to Huey to get the Pumkin-Farm-Quest.

Please blame it to the fact that i am an old woman and english ist not my native language that sometimes i do not get things in at once (an excuse for misspelling and bad expression too ).
Can you please give a short but simple explanation to me how not having a premium account affects the quests?
I intend not to have all my accounts at the premium status the same time and it would make it easier for me to decide which one first
Maybe one or two other players would like to know too?

What that means is that there was a bug in our last patch. If you login now and try to complete the quests it should trigger fine and allow for you to continue.
Basic quests are not attached to Premium Accounts.

oh good, I think I did it right haha. Thank you so much. Is there somewhere I can confirm this? So I know I did it correctly? Like somewhere in game it would say "premium" or maybe like in transaction it would say "rose premium". I just want to make sure I did it right is all haha. Thank you for the quick response.
