personally, i see this as a bit of a bull-_- excuse. yes its a luxury. but ya know, that gets to be like fox saying "a fair and balanced discussion" when they shove it in your face and change gameplay mechanics to insane. in fact, i may be going out on a limb here, but i think they need to stop fiddling with the item mall until they get the damn WHOLE REST OF THE GAME fixed. and before anyone says it, yes i'm mad bros, cause their screwing up very visibly.

I can understand why you would think that, but it's hard to justify it when you're capable of doing many F7s per day with the fatigue system in place. In a full party, you can do twice as many F7s as you would solo. And rather than focus on the Item Mall aspect, I look to the other parts of the game. With the most recent updates, you can see that they are orienting the game to focus on party play rather than everyone soloing everything. The examples are much more plentiful when you examine it this way; the newest dungeons are much more difficult than previous PvE experiences in the form of Black Claw Nest. This dungeon is impossible to complete without the use of teamwork and group effort. The new Red Fox Delta dungeon is also very high in difficulty for its level range. The most recent changes to the game, and I argue that the F7 one is also exemplary of this in the fatigue system--as well as being a fix for the issues F7 had presented before. This is healthy for the game, to encourage the player base to play the game together. This is an MMORPG and party play is one of the most important things in one. With the most recent updates, players are deterred from soloing all the time and must work to get a party.

That being my point for the fatigue system, the Fatigue Potions definitely work as a luxury item in its stead. Yes, you can buy yourself a boost if you so desire--just as you can buy an experience boosting potion or Jack's Bean. But you are also extremely capable of doing it without it, and it's still quite viable for leveling.

I'll admit, the change to a party play kind of orientation makes a bit of sense when viewed alongside the f7 changes, but I guess one of the reasons I'm still a bit jaded is, unless I'm horribly wrong, not everyone wants to party play. plus, on the subject of capable of doing many f7's, the removal of many and limitations of others make it so I can't do any right now, because of not having the time to get things unlocked. maybe later on when school isn't an issue I'll have more time, but my point is in the long run, it still threw a lot more monkey wrenches around than simple balancing or content speedthrough issues. but regardless, seems there's not much point stating an opinion. people will still get to sit back and watch a game get slowly more broken in small ways.

Why would you play an MMORPG if you were not interested in interacting with other people? There's plenty of single player RPG's that are a lot of fun and have extensive storylines and equipments. It may be a bit harsh, but I do think you are horribly wrong if you find yourself playing an MMORPG and not wanting to play in a party.

Your idea about the game being broken due to this is also incorrect. How do you think people leveled and farmed prior to F7 mission mode? Just because a broken method of leveling and farming was introduced doesn't necessarily mean that it was positive contribution to the game. I find that it's always the people who get spoonfed with easy content that tend to complain about updates that attempt to make the game more difficult.
