I've had similar thing happen with STAT foods. Send in a ticket with detailed information.

no point i dont have proof didnt think had to SC when you use a bm3 but i guess so.

Did you try to relog or anything? It might just not be showing the status of you being in bm.

Server keeps a log of what happened to your character. Screenshot is helpful, but not needed in this case.

Contact the GMs via support ticket, and you might get the BMx3 back.
