I was thinking, every caster class except for soul hunters has at least 2 heals. On top of that, their only heal can miss and requires a lot of DNA and is based on not only your stats,but your targets stats to decide how much it hits for. What I propose is a totem like continuous heal, that dots surrounding targets and the corresponding dot goes to the caster.

For Example:
LVL 1: 3m radius, max 2 targets, 50% chance, 10/2
LVL 2: 4m radius, max 2 targets, 53% chance, 15/2
LVL 3: 5m radius, max 3 targets, 56% chance, 20/2
LVL 4: 6m radius, max 3 targets, 59% chance, 25/2
LVL 5: 7m radius, max 4 targets, 62% chance, 30/2

Of course the dot would work like rejuvination and the other dot heals, where it is affected by MND. I know dominators technically have a second heal because of Ennon, but giving all soul hunters some type of secondary heal, that is realiable would be nice.
