Did you guys play Tagapagligtas? I played yesterday and I can say it is nothing different from other 3D MMOs around, only much better. Its very much different sa Ragnarok, hindi kagaya ng sinasabi ng iba na RO 3D daw ang peg. Lol. Siguro kapag pinapanood parang ganun pero I can say it is out of Ragnarok's league except sa other aspects na common din naman sa ibang MMORPGs. Mas mabilis din magpalevel dun, siguro dahil mataas din ang level cap. Very much quest-oriented yung game at early levels. Fun din laruin, even at early levels may mga makakalaban ka nang mga boss-like monsters. Graphics-wise, sobrang okay para sakin compared sa ibang 3D na sobrang intricate ng effects na nakakalag ng sobra. Personally, kung active ka sa RO kagaya ko, parang lalaruin ko lang siya kapag wala talaga ako magawa sa RO. Haha. Complete breath of fresh air kasi everything is new, madami ka maexplore. Party system is likened to RO din pati yung Base/Job lvl system. Pero when I was learning the game control nakaka-WTF. Yung ibang keys need mo pa press CTRL+1, CTRL+2 etc dun sa skill bar. Hahaha. Pwede mo din ayusin yung kung anong keys gusto mo i-assign like sa RO kaso kung di mo pa alam yung ibang keyboard controls, you'll mess up bigtime sa mga shortcuts. Lalo na kapag sanay na sanay ka RO shortcut keys. LOL. Kagaya ko ng lagi ko nappress ang ALT+E at ALT+S to open my inventory and skill bar and it turns out ibang window yung naoopen. Madami din spammer bots kagaya nung early days ng Thor dami nag PPM na gold sellers.

So I still have my characters with me. But hindi na ako nakapag-log in ulit after migration so wala na akong idea sa economy, system, etc. Ang question ko... worth it pa rin ba to invest again? Di ko na rin kasi alam kung saan magsisimula ulit (Awow breakup pala??) HAHAHAHA

Tried searching forums wala ako makita, and tried asking sa maintenance threads wala makatulong.
Nabasa ko lang before na yung fixes ng Severe Rainstorm at Chain Lightning bugs were addressed nung last big update (nilagay nila yung Sarah and Fenrir saka yung Assault in the Airship instances) pero so far, Chain Lightning position bug pa lang yung fixed. Never heard a thing about Severe Rainstorm.

Worth it ba maginvest ulit? You came back in the right time dahil and economy ng Thor server ngayon ay 1000% better compared nung unang bukas. Items are more affordable kahit papano at medyo nakakasabay na din ang Thor server sa economy ng Chaos server kaya okay na okay kung magstart over ka. However, sana na-open mo din yung account mo after nung migration kasi madami character issues like auto-DC characters upon log-in, wiped items, character bugs etc. para nalaman mo kahit papano kung meron kang affected character at na-address mo agad sa GMs for fixes.Hopefully safe and sound yung characters mo kasi di na sila nag eentertain ng fixes from pRO migrated chars dahil August 2015 yung deadline ng submission for character fixes, although try mo pa din mag send in ng ticket regarding that if ever may character issues kang maencounter.

Yung Warp Portal Energy (WPE) dito, kagaya ng sabi ni Jeneeus, around 300~ WPE for Php. 150 pesos (based sa price ng BokuPay*) pero depende yan sa conversion ng Philippine peso to US Dollar. Minsan 315 WPE, 321 WPE at minsan kapag mahal ang dollar 'di naabot ng 300 WPE. Yung Kafra Points (KP) naman, ginagamit na pang purchase ng items sa Cash Shop in-game. Para makakuha ng KP, convert mo yung WPE mo to KP. Usually 1:1 ang conversion pero minsan may mga conversion bonus kaya minsan mas madami ka nakukuhang KP during WPE/KP conversion.

Question number 1:
Para sakin, ang recommended class for new players ay ang Archer class, most esp. Ranger path kasi very affordable ang equipment set at may overpowered skill sila sa 3rd class called Arrow Storm. Most wanted sila sa parties hanggang sa mag max level ka. Isa pa, flexible din yan sa pang hunt at farm. Second best class ay ang Guillotine Cross (3rd class ng Assassin), pero medyo need mo ng konting investment para sa at least mid-tier equipment lalo na leeching gears para mas effective. Okay din siya pang farm at flexible din pwede madala sa madaming instances/quests/maps.
About VIP subscription, not really necessary for early levels pero okay din naman siya, 'di naman nakakahinayang dahil aside from increased EXP rates, mas madaming convenient services ang available sa VIP like cheaper Kafra warps, free +7 all stat buffs, free mercenary, exclusive access sa mga iba pang maps like MvP summoner at Overlook Water Dungeon. Isa pa, you get choose on how'd you want to distribute your exp during quest turn-ins: either all base EXP, all job EXP or pwede rin na even sa job/base. More info about VIP subscription here. Speaking of Overlook Water Dungeon, maganda dyan palevel starting level 30, at pag natapos mo yan siguro nasa level 80 ka. VIP lang nakakapasok dyan pero pwede ka din makapasok kahit wala ka premium subscription as long as meron kang Magical/Reset stones.

Kung start from scratch, one way to gain zenny is through picking up monster drops as long as gawa ka ng merchant class with maxed Overcharge at Discount skills kapag mag sell ka ng loots or mag buy ka ng items sa NPC merchants. Another way is to complete bounty boards hunting quests located sa common towns and other areas. Each quest turn-in will reward you certain amount of zennies, pwede ka rin mabigyan ng Eden Merit Badge each turn-in kung pinili mo i-hunt lahat at i-turn-in sila all at once. Yung Eden Merit Badge (EMB), pwede mo siya gamitin to redeem stuff, most notably yung Magical/Reset stone which can be sold for around 7m to 10m sa mga players or to your own consumption like para maka access sa Overlook Water Dungeon or to gain limited access to VIP convenience service. More info about Eden Merit Badge here. Moreover, kapag at least transcendent class base lvl 95 ka na, you can ask someone to tag you along sa Hazy Forest run para maaccomplish mo yung Wandering Purple Dragon quest. Once accomplished, you can take Mora Daily Quest na mag reward sa'yo ng Mora Coinsand some amount of Job EXP. Yung equipment na mareredeem mo from exchanging Mora Coins pwede mo gamitin lalo na kung gagawa ka ng Ranger or Guillotine Cross kasi may available silang equipment for those classes, or pwede mo din i-sell sa ibang players kapag may mga nangailangan. For higher levels, eto ang usually ginagawa ng mga players sa Thor. Pwede ka rin mag browse sa youtube to see videos on how these instances are done. Don't feel intimidated kapag feeling mo ang hirap kasi eventually lalakas ka din. See spoiler tag.
Temporal Stat Boots with special enchants= depende, price range from 30m to 300m-ish?, optimal enchants=highest price. Pwede pa tumaas prices depende sa upgrade level ng boots.
MvP Drops: Old Card Album (OCA) = 6m to 8m; MvP Cards if extremely lucky! <3
Pendant of Maelstorm (created kapag napag combine ang Harmony/Chaos = 200m-ish depende sa value)
Weapons such a Gigantic Bow, etc. which can be sold for good amount of zennies. Kung di mo ma-sell, pwede mo ma-upgrade sa +7 or +8 para pakain sa Eat Gear Mimic (gives Safe to 7 certificates by chance in exchange of upgraded gears).
Gray Shard = obtainable from monsters inside the instance. 200 pcs Gray Shards can be exchanged for Thanatos weapon which could be sold for some good amount of zeny. Indemand ang Thanatos Katar among the Thanatos equipment. Next to that siguro ay Thanatos Bow at Thanatos Axe. 100 Gray Shards naman in exchange for Thanatos equipment.
Distilled Fighting Spirit and Herb of Incantation = Usable items that give +30 ATK and +30 MATK for 1 minute, respectably when consumed.
Airship equipment set (This is not tradable tho. Kung baga eto siguro yung updated Eden set for charaters level 125 up. Decent equipment for own use.)
Valkyrie Guild Dungeon 1F (Any level basta may AoE ka. Recommended farming classes = Ranger at Dragon Breath type na Rune Knight.)
Sound Amplifier [1] = sold for around 65 to 75m. You'll need this one too if you plan on creating a Ranger class. Mababa nga lang ang drop rate pero kung matyaga ka, walang problema.
The prices are just estimates. Mabilis ang galaw ng market ng Thor at most items ay bumaba ang price. I suggest you to check Ragial for current market prices.
About Ragial:
Ang Ragial ay isang fansite na naguupdate ng almost real-time online vends in-game. Pwede ka dyan maghanap if may balak ka bilhin at natatamad ka maghanap sa pront. Search lang using the search engine yung item keyword tapos ipapakita nya kung saan nandun yung vendor ng hinahanap mong item. Puntahan mo nalang in-game dun sa location na sinabi sa'yo sa Ragial website. Kapag may nakita kang male acolytes na may Peco-peco Hairband at may mga names na ragial.com (Prontera) at 2@ragial.com (Payon) sila yung mga bot na naguupdate ng in-game market sa website. May consent sila ng GM to run them dahil it benefits the whole gaming community pero monitored sila. Hindi legal ang bot sa iRO at active ang GMs ng iRO in ban hammering bots compared sa pRO. About sa Gramps Turn-in:
Special NPC yan inside Eden Group Headquarters (beside Secretary Lime Eleanor) na nagbibigay ng daily turn-in quests in exchange of Eden Merit Badges and huge chunk of EXP. Yung maps kung saan ka i-wwarp ni Gramps ay replicate lang ng totoong map. Hindi siya mismo yung normal map na may normal at localized monster spawns. Yung mga monsters don sa map ni Gramps ay napapalitan every maintenance day (Friday, 1:30AM Philippine Time; Thursday, 10:30AM PDT). Pwede mo din i-hunt outside Gramps TI map yung mga monsters hunting quest na binigay sa'yo. Ibang map na yung ginagamit ni Gramps for Low Turn in. Dati Turtle Island pero ngayon Hall of Abyss: Luina na. More info here.

Isa lang din akong soloist na madaming acquaintances. Wala din ako social guild but mostly may mga players kang makakaget along lalo na kapag sa mga leveling parties sa low ti. I would lead you to this Facebook group. It is a social Facebook group made by Thor players for Thor players: IRO Thor- Boss Hunt, Grinding and Quest Spammers (way to make Legit Zeny).
You can look for possible social guild/partymates in that Facebook group. Pwede ka rin magpost ng queries dyan. People are nice and knowledgeable. Check the pinned post too for tasty helpful tips and info about iRO.
