Hi i have recently brought a prem account and got myself 200 wp points which i have changed into mall points.
On warp portal they there and all well,But in game i no get bonus exp and i have no mall points..
its driveing me nuts trying to find out what wrong,anybody got any answers plz

TY VM ,whem i try support it come up with updating game servers etc...this has been on all day

How much is a premium account in wp? And is this problem happening to everyone that's tried getting a premium account?

Tha account i had was 600 wp,with the money i spent i got 800wp,the rmaining 200wp i change into mall points,on my warpportal account it say i got all this. But in game it no there....As far as i know everyone else who has prem account is fine,certainly the ones in my guild.The good news is i think i has managed to send an e mail to customer support at last,but dont no for sure,hopefully they will reply soon .
