The hats will be added to code the redeemer on Thursday for people who made the transaction during this first week of the promotion.

Like all previous UGC events it is 1 hat per UGC transfered into KP.

Alright ODA.Now i have question.if i will purchase again for example after maintenace with the same account,do i get another free hat?..or just one time only in same account?.

every UGC is a hat, no matter how many each account.

I hope they recognize this time that I buyed 5 that I redeemed at once (to get the bonus KP)... last time I had to write the support for it, which made them so confused that they even gave me to much headgears at first XD (told them about it though and they took the one too much away x3)
