I checked on iRO wiki but it only says the final stats, not the base stats. However on gamefaqs guide i saw these base stats:

STR: 84 +6
AGI: 90 +7
VIT: 1 +5
INT: 1 +4
DEX: 42 +7
LUK: 1 +0

What do you think?

That looks kind of low to be final stats. My Rogue has 99 STR 80 AGI 53 DEX and I quite like it.

For those stats there, raise the DEX up to 43 for 50 total, no real reason just looks more neat. Raise the STR up to 94 for 100 total and then you have 18 points left to do whatever.

I'd take anything from GameFAQs with a grain of salt. Ive never really found their RO guides very useful in today's version of the game. Maybe if you traveled back to 2005. Thief forums on irowiki will likely provide better answers.
