Am starting a new rider and i dont know what to do with the stats. The only thing i know is to add dex and con but i dont know if i should add sen?
Please help me

That depends on the type of Raider in question, are you going a Dual or perhaps Katars?

In general Dex is your main stat, therefore that should be your highest, at least over the 300 Dex.
As you have said, Sen is an option, but again it does depend on your type of playing style.
Sen is mainly used for adding critical so if you prefer lots of melee attacks and less skill based playing style, then that's your 3rd stat.
Alternatively Str can be used as a 3rd stat, but that's your choice entirely.
I'm not 100% sure, but Str adds more AP (not as much as dex, but higher than sen)

Again this is only a rough Guide, but it should be on a ratio of maybe 3:2:1, give or take a few. Dex:Con:3rd Stat.
Perhaps 3.2:2:0.7 is more accurate, just play a little and see what gears you'll end up using.
The stats are mainly to compensate your gears bringing the best out of the build.
