Recently, I've been in a dilemma on which skill to use. Many people say Windmill is a lot more useful but when I told one of my friends that I use Echo, he's like, "Roy u make me feel uselss. Ur demotedz"

Something like that. Therefore I'm forever confused because I think Echo Song is useless. I really feel that it does nothing :x...

Anyway. I'd like an opinion on which skill is better so I can gear myself towards that skill after the balance patch.

windmill~ it has more usefulness imo... pvm doesnt hurt, and most skills that hurt in pvp/woe ignore defense to a certain degree if not completely
