1. Inspiration - Yes, this skill is good, but 1% to cast it is pretty ridiculous. That's a million EXP each time I need to use it for a whopping minute and thirty seconds. It should be set to .1% like it was supposed to be in the first place. Even in PvP / WoE you can still be Manholed, WIed, Dispelled (though Inspiration itself doesn't poof, all other buffs do) or Soul Siphoned (Inspiration cancels if you have 0 SP). Oh, and you can also be killed. What other class has to actively level after 150? D:
2. Reflect Damage - I understand the need for the hit limit, but the rest is overkill. No longer reflects ranged attacks or Magic and even at max level it's not guaranteed to work? What's the point of implementing this skill when it's now basically the same thing as (and sometimes worse than) Shield Reflect?
3. Pinpoint Attack - Why is it the main thing that actually needed changing... Didn't get changed? Even as a RG I can say the chance of breaking equipment with this skill is wayyyyyyyy too high. 20% seems like it would be way more appropriate.
