1. Inspiration - Yes, this skill is good, but 1% to cast it is pretty ridiculous. That's a million EXP each time I need to use it for a whopping minute and thirty seconds. It should be set to .1% like it was supposed to be in the first place. Even in PvP / WoE you can still be Manholed, WIed, Dispelled (though Inspiration itself doesn't poof, all other buffs do) or Soul Siphoned (Inspiration cancels if you have 0 SP). Oh, and you can also be killed. What other class has to actively level after 150? D:
2. Reflect Damage - I understand the need for the hit limit, but the rest is overkill. No longer reflects ranged attacks or Magic and even at max level it's not guaranteed to work? What's the point of implementing this skill when it's now basically the same thing as (and sometimes worse than) Shield Reflect?
3. Pinpoint Attack - Why is it the main thing that actually needed changing... Didn't get changed? Even as a RG I can say the chance of breaking equipment with this skill is wayyyyyyyy too high. 20% seems like it would be way more appropriate.

The "balance patch" is not balance at all it's just nerf some and leave some strong.

Shadow Chaser's blood lust is said to guarantee sp drain as well.
God forbid you use banding or prestige.

PinPoint attack is powerful aswell and Banishing point didn't get touched. Reflect was an upcoming nerf. Adjust and be a real RG.

My bad mate, that was supposed to be a +rep. Bolded for truth.Reflect's so pointless now although leveling with it to 150 was SOOOOOO FUNNNN while it lasted......
Although I prefer OB overall.

I use Inspiration to MVP... With this change I won't be able to, because god forbid anyone use anything but a Sura. :S
In my case as former MVP Sura player, since Renewal God forbid me to play it coz Im noob in memorizing so many hotkeys and my lame reaction time & I feel its RO @ eazy mode whenever I use it in PVP/MVP, then I found the versatility of RG made me quit Sura.
Indeed, Inspiration best MVP skill ever...
But lets admit it, our class is OP, lets move to the next era of our RGs, going to miss my Genesis Ray + Inspiration but no QQ here, I got alternative build already, its just that you need to figure it out yourself depending on how you play it

High Priests pre-renewal used to need that to be able to cast redemptio. Once their exp was maxed it stop taking away what exp was there
Also.. you can't be White Imprisoned while under Inspiration..... manhole can just keep you sitting like an idiot though

They did not change the break chances for PPA; it was still 50% on Sakray.Why are they buffing the break chances for PPA?
Am I reading this formula wrong or is it suggesting that every level of PPA has an upper echelon of inflicting a status by up to 80%?!

I agree. This is a total game breaker in terms of PvP and WoE. Without Full Chemical Protection, everyone would have to repair everytime they get hit by an RG.

Forcing a class to keep leveling after 150 to keep up an upcost of a skill is retarded regardless of how easy it may be to get exp. By your logic, you're looking at having to play daily to do Turn ins..... when some people play only for woe. And then you're looking at a maximum of 40 inspiration casts could be used per seige. Even looking realistically, and using 20 per seige, that's still 40 casts per week for woe.
Not to mention with the way iRO is counting exp. You still lose exp from dying once you're 150. So putting your RG into any sort of higher risk situation like going to ET and sac'ing multiple people puts you at even more of a disadvantage.
That's the reason that it cost 1% to use, but once you were level 150.... you don't have a %age of exp anymore, letting you cast it anytime. Your window tells you that you're at 100% of level 150.
