Yea yall need to talk it out.

Although I reread the post, I get that naming names is bad, but there are only so many mods. Even not naming them you would know who Okii is talking about.
There is a little bit of grouping going on. I see it. Kinda dont like politics much so I try not to bump heads to much.

Just think someone should pay attention to the forums for a little bit and make sure nothing like that is going on.

They're all close buddies.
I can name names but that won't do anything but get me spanked and edited.

As for those who have Heim on MSN, talking about RO is fine. Talk about that all day.
Talking about personal life among other things, nope. That's not fine.

It's the same person over and over too.
Very close with just about all the RO GM's and Mods.
Again, I would name names and give examples but I'd regret it in the end.

And yeah, a lot of your Mods are slipping up lately.

I also wonder.... why have people on a volunteer team who are trolls?
People who are just plain rude and come into a topic, think the question is "too broad", so they neg rep and then leave?
If a poster has a question, and you are a volunteer.... I mean really you guys shouldn't be giving/taking rep so much anyways. You're not really supposed to side with anyone, right?


I could literally set up a list of the members and what they personally want out of the group. It's that obvious.
I actually had a conversation with one member who said she felt like the group isn't going anywhere, and that letting a bunch of random people join destroyed it. She doesn't feel like working on anything anymore because she lost her motivation an the other members are just flat out dumb. Well, she's still in the group. Still in the group, hmm... interesting. I wonder why?


Idk I just feel like the members of the group are very biased as well, and only look at things that would benefit them. The only members that I never saw any problem with were CJ, Asayuu, NoxiousOrchid, and Rutana.
The rest are there for something extra. Their own gains. This whole "team Xellie for a better RO". Yeah I can really only laugh at you guys cause you really just don't know. Like I said, she's smart. Smarter than a lot of you, that's for sure.

Who the-_- are you to say what is fine and what is not fine? You are just somebody who sauntered in here a few months ago and now you are deciding what is "fine" and what is "not fine" with things? You have not helped with a THING, except by raging on the forums one too many times. I can talk to heim about whatever the-_- I want on MSN, and guess what? IT IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS. It is NOT your place to say what is fine and what is not, you are a player, who is meant to play the game. NOTHING MORE. You have no right to talk about ANYTHING, considering you are just some new piece of who walked in here a few months ago and expect to now tell the GMs what they should be doing and what they shouldn't be. You have not supported this game for years, YOU have no right to talk.

It's these players who feel that because they have played for 10 years and talk about whatever with the GM's and Mods that they have the right to change the game.
And I know you're here sticking up for Xellie ahead of time. You two have been friends for ages.

How is talking to another person not fine? It's not like they're saying "hey Heim give me god items bro love you" or something like that. They are basically conversing. Socializing is not taboo to any communities, and it should be normal here.

wow this is kinda crazy.

but this game has always been like that where gms had friendships with players i mean its not the best thing to do but it happens it isn't game changing so really whats the difference. If people start seeing favoritism im pretty sure less and less people will participate in things.

as far as this team xellie thing who really cares what exactly is it doing to the game.... Lol nothing. its like twilight something for the little kids to join so they feel special.
i have nothing against xellie his/her's posts float back and forth like everyone else's and im pretty sure that no one really bows down to him/her or that would be pretty dumb.

the only thing i see it doing is confusing new players on who has influence in the game if i was new and saw this team xellie thing id know that if i wanted something done i should talk to him/her.

Don't post angry.

We talk to players all the time. That's kind of what we do in the community team. When members of the community ask for something, we consider it, as we consider suggestions made by any member of the community. Players and mods do not dictate policy to us. I take to heart the philosophy of "friendly, but not familiar". Pretty tired of people ragging on the mods. I get paid to do this, they don't. If I didn't have the utmost confidence in them they would not be here. They're good people. Are there things they can improve? Always. But they're here to help, give them some respect.
