Crossing fingers that it will be reverted back. I really need to be able to heal a decent amount quickly in bursts rather than A LOT at one time while having a big cooldown. In a party, there's always more than one target needing a large amount of heal. Heal does the trick in a pinch, but not always.

Try keeping alive a 12 person party where you are the only ab.
or try partying in bio3 with normal heal.
This huge delay = death.
You just cant out heal the dps .

is it a global cool down or skill specific? It didn't seem too horrible to me.

Just so its clear, I believe I remember them stating the custom High Heal delay was ONLY till the balance patch when a lower cool down was put in place. The High Heal skill level delay is 3 seconds at ALL levels not 5 or 3 per level as it was at renewal start meaning high heal can not be recast til skill delay ends. The UNIVERSAL skill delay for high heal at all levels is 1 sec meaning NO other skills may be cast for 1 sec after high heal is cast. Having said that the longer delay than custom almost guarantee that levels higher than 2 being cast except as the heal gets higher the sp gets extremely costly as 3.2 x heal cost almost 5 x the normal healing cost 190/40 id like the healing increased at each level at least upto 4 x at level 5 to justify the cost or .2 more at each level above one...


I don't really get why the sp costs of all the AB skills need to be increased if they were actually useful vs most of the ones not used much staying the same... the cost of a normal buff bless agi combo went from 370 (210/160?) don't remember the values sorry) range to the 600 (360/240)sp range its like holy almost doubling and taking 1/3-1/5 of an AB sp pool from 1/6-1/9 from lower end 100+...1-3 bonus stats at early job levels don't justify the increase. This may be a pointless post overall and I will say one more piece then be done.

May we change the expiatio skill to something a little more tangible to see and actually FEEL like its working maybe like changing it to dmg that always hits even on a miss like 20 dmg per level of expiatio cast aka gloria domini type dmg or absolute dmg since in some cases expiatio seems worthless or you don't notice it... I think this would give it a more adding divine power to a weapon feel that def bypassing you hardly see. Good luck with the word block.
