I'm feeling kinda sad for the Abysmal Knight Helms... doesn't this make them worthless*?
*Or a much cheaper alternative, I should say.

Abysmal knight is for defense, and also frees up the middle slot, basically allowing stuff like 2 leib olmei cards, while the LoD helmet is for offense.

400+? the helmet is slotted, so your only missing like 220 sp, maybe 300 with sp % boosting. 20% damage boost sounds like it would do more then 300 sp to me, unless the damage boost isn't total damage.

Actually the helm is NOT slotted, just checked a vendor +11 LoD (/w ak carded weapon) is +17% boss damage v. 400+ sp of incubus bfg and +9 carat few...I actually think the latter might be better based on this dmg formula: ATK * (8 + Remaining SP/10) + Skill Level Bonus. Also any +sp% boosting gear you wear (vesper core 1, aliot card for example) will be more effective with the 400 sp bonus from few and bfg.

You sir, are right. In on hand I'm agree with the damage percent, it's 17% if you haven't got AK card and 22% if you have it.
But in other hand, I don't really know if it's slotted. In that case you would be very powerful if you have this helm. Why doesn't people think in upgrade it to +12 or higher?

I just bought 25 Lotto for this .. Got no luck, I am so given the middle finger by Lady Luck.
Nevertheless the prices are going down in Ymir .. before I bought Lottos the prices are 85m .. a few hours after I bought lottos.. prices went down to 75m

I'm just going to buy this one in zeny.

New topic for this discussion: What are your thoughts about this? too powerful or just right? I simply don't care since I don't MvP just want to know your feelings.. other than calling yourself Optimus Prime ofcourse.
