Ever since reinstalling RO, I haven't been able to completely re-patch my client through the patch client. Would be nice if I could just download whats necessary for the client to run.

Not yet. I believe a good chunk of the 14.1 update has been downloaded with the maintenance patches over the last while so when it does roll out it's not that big of a download.

Some of it already is in, true story your homunculus can go beyond level 99 right now.
