Just remembered there's also Huion if anyone's looking for a comparable display tablet to Cintiq aside from Ugee.

http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LIUKRP4/

This one is the same size as my Ugee, but much cheaper by about $30 than what I paid for. Then again, it doesn't look like it comes with all the extras I got with my Ugee so the price seems about right. If anyone owns a Huion and could provide some feedback about it, that'd be great.

EDIT: A friend linked me another affordable display tablet from Monoprice. It's bigger than the 19-inch Huion and Ugee linked here and it's a bit pricier.

Again, if anyone has some feedback, please do share your experience with these tablets.

Studio Ghibli released their 2D animation software for free.

If anyone wants to start doing movie-quality 2D animation, here's your chance.

very useful info! thanks for sharing! I agree with your idea. a simple pen tablet and a free drawing program can be a good start.

we can use them to practice and improve our drawing skills.

I use a xppen deco 01 v2 drawing tablet with Gimp, krita, Inkscape, and blender software. It'senough for my needs.
