Let me see if i understand this right:

1) That event notice says that "make a purchase, big or small, daily between December 14th and December 25th "

-Define: Purchase? WPE energy or KP item purchases ingame??
-So it really doesn't matter how big or small the purchase is?(i.e 1 KP/WPE or 10k KP/WPE) or there is a hidden "buff" to the chances of winning depending on how big ur purchase is?

"One or more purchases per day will earn you one (1) entry into the daily raffle. One Entry per WP account per day. Entries will be carried over into the followings days�?? raffle. Each days purchase will improve your chances, to win on the following day. So the more purchase you make during the event period the better your chances to win the grand prize on the last day. Max of 12 Entries."

-Since the max is 12 entries, i.e 1 per day what if i missed to purchase something like yesterday. Will buying 2 sets of WP code (or 2 KP item ingame, depends on the answer to question no.1)today will count as 2 entries? or my 1st entry is gone for life?

You get 1 entry regardless of how many purchases per day. So if you missed 3 days, you can only have max of 9 entries instead of 12.

P.S also is that once per WP account or per WP game account? (i.e all of the accounts linked on ur WP OR every single account is different?)

Huh.. Interesting. I thought it was WPE purchase, but if it's KP I may participate.

There's no minimum purchase requirement for the KP? I could always use some Life Potions or Manuals...
